Real-world treasure hunting carries inherent risk. By participating you assume all risk and accept sole responsibility for your safety, preparation, and judgment. Emergency costs are yours. LootSkip is the platform — never the organizer — and is held harmless and indemnified for claims arising from participation. Waivers defeat ordinary-negligence claims; nothing here waives gross negligence or willful misconduct, and some jurisdictions narrow waivers further.

• 13+ with guardian consent. Creating an account requires you to be at least 13 years old and to have a guardian’s consent.
• Under 13 only with a guardian. Younger hunters take part only alongside a guardian’s account (a family crew), never with their own account.
• Cash claims 18+. Claiming or being paid a cash prize requires you to be 18+ (our payment processor’s identity/tax checks require it).
• A COPPA review is required before any under-13 account feature ships. Final ages and consent mechanics are subject to attorney review.

LootSkip hosts user-created hunt listings. We are the platform, never the organizer. We do not fund, place, or run hunts; skippers do, and skippers warrant their hunt’s safety and legality. Final terms (LLC entity, governing law, venue, arbitration) are attorney-drafted and will replace this interim text.
